Heres an absolute gem from Badfingers highly underrated album Ass. Constitution is a song penned by Joey Molland, but the real star on this track is Pete Ham. His lead guitar here is simply breathtaking and unlike anything Ive ever heard before in music. His lead guitar drives the verses of the song, and he plays two blistering solos that would make Jimi Hendrix admit defeat. Its too bad the second solo (during the songs outro) was faded out and we dont get to hear it all. I was shocked that no one else had uploading this song on YouTube. Its simply a brilliant song. The album remains unreleased to this day (although some tracks were re-recorded for Straight Up some months later).
